Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and optimizing Commercial Management processes, analyzing debtor positions, creditor invoices, and discrepancies to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize Commercial Management processes for continuous improvement. 2. Analyze and regularize debtor positions and creditor invoices. 3. Design and implement process automations and controls. **Date:** 19 Aug 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Manage and ensure the correct execution of Commercial Management processes, contributing to their optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. **What will you do in your role?** ------------------------- * Analyze and monitor debtor positions, payments, discrepancies, and pending items for customers, coordinating their regularization with responsible departments. * End\-to\-end management of creditor invoices, coordinating their validation, regularization, payment, and offsetting with involved departments. * Verify and manage the regularization of price, quantity, and pending item discrepancies identified in the portfolio. * Analyze and optimize processes under your responsibility, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation. * Design and implement automations and controls for processes under your responsibility. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * A graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Preferred: a diploma and/or specialization related to the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in this position or performing similar functions. * Knowledge and experience in promotional management, valuation and ROI analysis, baseline and uplift management, commercial data analysis, and tracking of requests and incidents. * Experience in process automation and/or improvement. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Python. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI and SQL. * Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
