Job Summary: We are seeking Commercial Advisors to execute commercial processes, serve customers, and advise on financial products—driving growth and goal achievement at Alfin Banco. Do you already know what Commercial Advisors do at Alfin Banco? We are responsible for executing commercial processes and services via platform, as well as handling any customer inquiries or complaints. Our main responsibilities: Achieve established targets for loan placement, productivity, deposits, insurance, and portfolio quality. Provide clients with advisory services on the bank’s financial products. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, route them to respective departments, and support achieving capital portfolio growth quotas. Comply with policies and procedures outlined in the Credit Manual for loan origination and portfolio monitoring. What do you need to apply? Technical or university graduate in Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum of 6 months’ work experience in this role and/or experience selling intangible products or financial products via phone. What benefits will you enjoy?
