This position is **not aimed at increasing sales**, but rather at **safeguarding and optimizing operations**, reducing invisible losses, organizing schedules, and preventing operational errors. The Operational Administrator will serve as the **bridge between numbers and operations**, enabling timely decisions and avoiding reactive work. **Key Responsibilities** * Consolidate and present management with a **daily sales and performance report per room** * Coordinate with Finance on sales reviews and cash reconciliations * Develop and manage staff **schedules, shifts, and rotations** * Ensure full room coverage, avoiding closures due to staffing shortages * Anticipate absences, rest days, and staffing needs * Coordinate with HR to onboard personnel in advance * Reduce staff turnover * Prevent supervisors or other departments from covering cashier duties due to staffing shortages * Identify operational leaks and propose improvements * Standardize processes and avoid improvisation **Requirements** * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in operations / personnel administration * Experience in businesses with rotating shifts * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency * Orderliness, sound judgment, and firmness in enforcing procedures **Important Notes** * This position is **not an accounting or administrative finance role** * It does not include accounting, payroll processing, or SUNAT-related filings * The commercial department is responsible for sales; this position **protects profitability** **Employment Conditions** * **Full-time** * **Formal employment under the Small Business (MYPE) regime** * Benefits as stipulated by MYPE law * Market-competitive salary \+ potential bonus based on operational performance Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
