We are seeking a professional to administer and supervise service contracts, coordinate operational teams, and ensure quality and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical graduate or university professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Service Management, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, operations, or service management, preferably in cleaning, maintenance, or general services companies.
Experience in managing and supervising operational staff.
Knowledge of cost, budget, and contract profitability control.
Familiarity with indicator management and report preparation.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Availability to conduct site visits and follow-up at operational sites or units.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational incidents.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work scheduling
Administer and monitor assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with established terms and conditions.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure proper service delivery.
Supervise the operation of assigned services and monitor compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise operational staff management, verifying attendance, coverage, work schedules, incidents, and replacements.
Prepare and maintain contract-related documentation.
Prepare management reports, personnel coverage reports, incident reports, productivity reports, and service indicators.
Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability of assigned contracts.
Coordinate staffing, machinery, equipment, materials, supplies, and PPE requirements necessary for proper service execution.
Develop and implement management visit schedules to sites and clients.
Record, monitor, and follow up on incidents reported during service delivery.
Verify compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate with SSOMA to ensure adherence to established safety procedures, protocols, and IPERC for operations.
Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions to optimize processes, resources, and productivity.
Respond to and follow up on client requests, observations, and needs.
Coordinate with Human Resources, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, SSOMA, and Operations departments regarding contract-specific requirements.
Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month
