Job stability with a primary schedule from Monday to Friday. A leading retail sector company is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join its Human Resources Management area. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with experience handling payroll for operational and administrative staff, advanced Excel proficiency, and solid knowledge of labor processes related to compensation. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and process biweekly and monthly payroll for operational and administrative staff. * Process and validate attendance, tardiness, overtime, and incident records. * Calculate social benefits: vacations, bonuses, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), profit-sharing, and severance payments. * Execute and validate processes in AFP Net. * File and validate the PDT PLAME tax return. * Verify accurate calculation of contributions, deductions, and remunerative concepts. * Prepare reports and control dashboards in Excel. * Coordinate with Finance and HR regarding payroll payments and closures. * Maintain updated payroll documentation and supporting records. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience preparing payroll. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Experience using AFP Net and PDT PLAME. * Experience managing biweekly payroll. * Knowledge of social benefits and severance calculations. * Preferred experience in companies with large operational staff volumes. * Availability for on-site work. **Competencies** * High level of organization and confidentiality. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication skills. * Time management and adherence to deadlines. **We Offer** * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Primary schedule from Monday to Friday. **Conditions** * Work modality: On-site * Location: Santiago de Surco, Lima * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Occasional availability to work Saturdays as required for payroll closing or operational needs * Remuneration: Based on evaluation * Send CV via WhatsApp to 997883046 Salary: Starting at S/.2,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have immediate availability?
