Management of real projects with executive sponsorship and defined KPIs. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide planning and organizational support for the commercial team’s activities. Prepare family clinic reports and analyze final product margins. Simulate planograms and product distribution; track digital SKUs; create/maintain supplier SKUs (PIM). Consolidate meeting agendas, minutes, and in-store walkthroughs. Ensure correct implementation of the squad’s commercial strategy in physical stores and digital channels, guaranteeing aligned and consistent execution across all customer touchpoints. Provide general support for squad tasks. Execute a real project within the Squad, with executive sponsorship and defined KPIs. Manage data, training, and ongoing coordination with suppliers. Coordinate digital loading of prices/promotions and settle promotions. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Students majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Basic SQL and Power BI (preferred). * Competencies: proactivity, teamwork, and communication at all levels.
