As an SAP SD Consultant within Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology team, you will participate in SAP business transformation projects ranging from enhancements to existing implementations to new S/4HANA implementations. You will collaborate on designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our clients’ requirements across one or more SAP modules. Through deep understanding of clients’ businesses, you will propose creative, industry best-practice-based solutions to improve organizational processes. You will participate in all project lifecycle stages—including test definition, execution, and end-user training—developing your ability to effectively apply SAP knowledge in alignment with the standard solution plan/approach. What qualifications are required to apply? * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related fields. * Experience: 0–2 years, preferably involving participation across various project phases in multiple SAP SD implementations (as implementer or key user); familiarity with different project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, requirements analysis and solution proposal; desirable experience in client relationship management and IT implementation projects. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Tools: Microsoft Office suite; desirable: process flow diagramming tools, requirements management applications (e.g., for user stories), service request and incident management tools, and functional SAP SD usage. * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organizational skills, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and passion for technology.
