Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to participate in the refinement, development, and post-production support of software projects, working within agile and multidisciplinary teams. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Participate in Project Refinement: Support the Scrum Master, Tech Leader, and Product Owners in defining project scope; estimate effort required for MVP delivery according to guidelines established by SDA and CEA; and facilitate project refinement meetings. * Participate in Project Onboarding: Identify potential dependencies at the start of the project; receive handover of the project scope defined during refinement; participate in planning activities for the quarter (Q); and define and document commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter. * Develop Projects: Prepare required functional and technical documentation for project development; build software components according to guidelines provided by the Factory and Bank-defined standards; prepare, execute, and document test cases aligned with project functional and technical requirements; and provide support for production deployment of developed components. * Provide Post-Production Support for Deployed Developments: Ensure correct end-to-end operation of the implemented solution; and coordinate the handover plan of implemented solutions to the Reliability team. * Share Knowledge Acquired During Project Development: Participate in Communities of Practice; participate in training and knowledge-sharing programs implemented across the Bank; and develop manuals or guides for implemented solutions to be shared with other teams. * Apply Digital Factory Guidelines: Develop projects under standards and guidelines ensuring high-quality deliverables; synchronize with the Tech Leader and project lead to align developments with application evolution strategies; and synchronize with the Reliability team to maintain stable solutions without technical debt. * Adhere to Agile Framework in Project Development: Participate in ceremonies defined within the agile archetype assigned to the project; implement agile practices and artifacts throughout project development; and promote agile principles and values within the team. * Advise and Provide Technical Support to the Team: Advise the team on technical constraints affecting project development; and advise on new technologies or solutions previously implemented in other projects. * Manage the Work Team: Promote BBVA principles and values within the team; identify key project activities and synchronize their execution with the team; and guide cross-team communication. * Continuously Train Teams: Participate in Tech U and Ninja programs; participate in knowledge-transfer sessions; and participate in Synchro ceremonies with Solution Development teams requiring Reliability team expertise. * Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and solution design. * Advanced knowledge of Java (APX, ASO), Mainframe, and channel architecture. * Daily use of AI tools. * Experience working under agile methodologies. * Knowledge of payment methods and acquiring (preferred). * Soft skills: adaptability, teamwork, willingness to learn, self-motivation, effective communication, organization. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
