Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Responsibilities: * Identify, prioritize, and lead the design of strategic sustainability projects with financial impact that drive new businesses or key initiatives aligned with each bank’s strategic objectives. * Coordinate scope of initiatives across the holding and other geographies, and align with involved areas for their development and execution. * Lead the backlog of proposed projects to enable prioritization based on our capabilities. * Identify the methodology for strategic projects and their prioritization, to assign roles, participants, and an effective governance framework ensuring proper execution. * Define deliverables for each project and supervise compliance to ensure correct execution. * Support banks in their strategic projects to standardize branding guidelines across different areas. * Ensure compliance with defined parameters for each product and their correct implementation. * Keep the guide for sustainable transaction rebranding updated with business-required changes (computation criteria, new documents, quality rules, additional stakeholders, etc.). * Lead projects involving changes to each bank’s commercial processes. * Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with information and data submission processes for KPI tracking and auditing. * Provide necessary data for calculating targets across all segments and products. * Lead projects involving new management indicators to improve business tracking. * Ensure correct local submissions to the holding (KPIs related to mobilization, capillarity, new production ratios, automation ratios, number of visits, etc.). * Collaborate with product managers to enable business segment customers to access benefits, offers, and campaigns. * Lead engagement spaces with stakeholders to enhance the value proposition of financial products. * Define the strategic vision, scope, value proposition, and features for developing new sustainable products in each bank. * Design and implement commercial strategies and new products incorporating sustainable solutions. * Propose new businesses to complement the existing product portfolio and contribute to the mobilization KPI. * Monitor campaign performance across different customer service channels. * Deliver training to collaborators, new teams, and new hires. * Lead onboarding (materials, structure, and pitch). * Participate in select talks and seminars focused on sustainability. * Ensure dissemination and implementation of the business model for the business segment. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and promote continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Specialized studies and/or master’s degrees in Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, or related disciplines. * Experience: 2–3 years performing related functions. * Advanced Excel skills. * Advanced English (desirable). **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
