Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the design and execution of strategic sustainability projects with financial impact, driving new businesses and products. Key Highlights: 1. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Identify, prioritize, and lead the design of strategic sustainability projects with financial impact that drive new businesses or key initiatives aligned with each banking unit’s strategic objectives. * Coordinate scope alignment of initiatives across the holding and other geographies, and coordinate with involved areas for their development and execution. * Lead the backlog of proposed projects to ensure they are prioritized according to our capabilities. * Identify project methodologies and prioritization criteria to assign roles, participants, and an effective governance framework to ensure proper execution. * Define deliverables for each project and supervise compliance to ensure correct execution. * Support banking units in their strategic projects to standardize branding guidelines across different areas. * Ensure compliance with defined parameters for each product and its correct implementation. * Keep the guide for new sustainable operations branding updated with business-required changes (e.g., computation criteria, new documents, quality rules, additional stakeholders, etc.). * Lead projects involving changes to the commercial methodology of each banking unit. * Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with information and data submission processes for KPI tracking and auditing. * Provide necessary data for calculating targets across all segments and products. * Lead projects involving new management indicators to improve business tracking. * Ensure proper local submissions to the holding (e.g., mobilization KPIs, capillarity, new production ratios, automation ratios, number of visits, etc.). * Work with product managers to enable business segment customers to access benefits, offers, and campaigns. * Lead engagement spaces with stakeholders to enhance the value proposition of financial products. * Define the strategic vision, scope, value proposition, and features for developing new sustainable products in each banking unit. * Design and implement commercial strategies and new products with sustainable solutions. * Propose new businesses to complement the existing product portfolio and contribute to the mobilization KPI. * Supervise campaign tracking across different customer service channels. * Deliver training to collaborators, new teams, and new hires. * Lead onboarding (materials, structure, and pitch). * Participate in selected talks and seminars focused on sustainability. * Ensure dissemination and implementation of the business model for the business segment. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and promote continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Specialized studies and/or Master’s degrees in Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, or related disciplines. * Experience: 2 \-3 years performing related functions. * Advanced Excel skills. * Advanced English proficiency (desirable). **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
