Positive work environment and career growth path TELEPHONE COLLECTIONS OPERATOR – CHARGED-OFF PORTFOLIO / DELINQUENCY We are a call center specialized in telephone collections, currently seeking experienced Collections Operators with proven track records, results-oriented mindset, and strong target achievement capability. What We Are Looking For: - Completed secondary education. - Minimum 6 months of experience in telephone collections. - Prior experience with Esika, Unique, or similar portfolios is mandatory. - Basic Excel proficiency. - Strong communication, negotiation ability, and results focus. - Stress tolerance and commitment to targets. Main Responsibilities: - Manage assigned portfolio via outbound telephone calls. - Negotiate and secure effective payment commitments. - Follow up until payment fulfillment. - Record and report daily collection activities. - Achieve individual and team performance targets.
