Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Treasury Officer for the restaurant industry, with experience in treasury processes and daily operations monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in treasury and daily operations monitoring. 2. Cash closing control, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. 3. Payment processing, banking operations, and financial reporting. **TREASURY OFFICER** We are currently looking for a **Treasury Officer** to join our team in the restaurant industry. We seek an organized, responsible, and proactive individual with experience in treasury processes and the ability to monitor daily operations. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in Treasury, Accounting, or related areas. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Banking platform experience is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capability. **Main Responsibilities** * Control and monitoring of **cash closings and deposits**. * Execution of **bank reconciliations**. * Updating and monitoring of **cash flow**. * Scheduling and monitoring of **payments**. * Management of banking operations and **Telecrédito**. * Sending and tracking of payment vouchers to suppliers. * Organization of files and documentation. * Preparation of **weekly and monthly reports**. **Conditions** * **Employment regime:** MYPE. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Hybrid work model:** 2 days remote.
