Proficiency in cash control and bank reconciliation tools **TREASURY OFFICER** We are currently looking for a **Treasury Officer** to join our restaurant industry team. We seek an organized, responsible, and proactive individual with experience in treasury processes and the ability to monitor daily operations. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in Treasury, Accounting, or related areas. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Prior experience with banking platforms is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, follow-up ability, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** * Control and monitoring of **cash closing procedures and deposits**. * Execution of **bank reconciliations**. * Updating and monitoring of **cash flow**. * Scheduling and monitoring of **payments**. * Management of banking operations and **Telecrédito**. * Sending and tracking of payment vouchers to suppliers. * Organization of files and documentation. * Preparation of **weekly and monthly reports**. **Conditions** * **Employment regime:** MYPE. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Hybrid work mode:** 2 days working remotely.
