The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified prospects. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. Courses or certifications in paid media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or digital trafficking. Minimum 2 years of experience in high-quality lead generation campaigns, preferably in the real estate sector. Proficiency in digital metrics, optimization, and analytics. Experience using Looker Studio. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Full availability for on-site work. RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Meta and Google. Audience creation, segmentation, and A/B testing. Budget control, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversions. Identification of investment leakage and real-time adjustments. Funnel and form configuration. Weekly reporting in Looker Studio. Coordination with the sales department to improve lead quality. Digital reputation management (Google Business Profile). Ongoing monitoring and performance improvement of advertising campaigns. BENEFITS Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits.
