Responsibilities ● Manage the company's administrative and operational activities. ● Design and implement strategies to increase profitability and productivity. ● Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance. ● Supervise sales, administration, logistics, inventory, and customer service departments. ● Implement management indicators (KPIs) and ensure goal achievement. ● Optimize processes and foster a culture of order, discipline, and continuous improvement. ● Prepare managerial reports to support decision-making. Required Profile ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Minimum 5 years of experience leading companies or business units. ● Proven experience leading high-performing teams. ● Proficiency in Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. ● Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. ● Decisive character, professional ethics, results orientation, and ability to make decisions under pressure. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience in commercial enterprises or the automotive or motorcycle industry. ● Knowledge of financial management, cost control, and strategic planning. ● Track record of implementing improvements that increased productivity or sales.
