Main Responsibilities: - CRM and digital tools management to register and monitor customers. - Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and opportunity closing. - Customer prospect attention and follow-up Requirements: - Graduate, technical, or bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, business, or related fields. (Preferred) - Experience in customer service. (Preferred) - Strong communication skills at all levels and a collaborative attitude. (Mandatory) - Experience in prospect calls and follow-up, with ability to schedule effective meetings. (Preferred) - CRM proficiency.
