We are currently seeking an **Accounting Assistant** responsible for supporting the company's administrative and financial management, ensuring accurate recording, control, and analysis of accounting transactions. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and classify accounting transactions (purchases, sales, income, expenses). * Control and file payment receipts, invoices, and bills. * Review and verify accounting documents to ensure accuracy. * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Assist the accountant and general administrator with accounting closings and internal or external audits. * Maintain up-to-date accounting documentation and administrative records. **Competencies and Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Efficient time management and results orientation. * Strong communication skills and teamwork ability. **Education and Knowledge** * Graduate in Accounting and/or Administration. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. * Basic knowledge of tax legislation. **Ideal Profile** A **proactive, analytical, responsible, and collaborative** individual, capable of maintaining order in accounting/administrative information and providing efficient support to the relevant department.
