Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory operations, document control, and coordination with sales within an industrial company. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end warehouse management in the industrial sector 2. ERP system (Odoo) operation and inventory control 3. Coordination and planning of logistics operations We are an industrial company specializing in the rental and sale of multidirectional scaffolding, acrow props, aerial work platforms, and tools. We require a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations: Document management: Issuance and control of industry-specific delivery guides. System operation: Recording of transactions, purchase entries, and overall management within our ERP system (Odoo). Inventory control: Conducting cyclic counts and supervising stock levels. Operational management: Detailed tracking of rented equipment (dispatches and returns), and dispatch of consumables. Planning and coordination: Procurement planning for the warehouse and continuous communication with the sales department and your direct supervisor. Additional duties: Receiving suppliers, inspecting the physical condition of equipment upon return from rentals, and maintaining general warehouse order.
