We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our location in: **Cusco** If you are passionate about leading teams, achieving business goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, this opportunity is for you. What will be your mission? Lead store operations to ensure an outstanding shopping experience, achievement of sales targets, and proper functioning of the team and store visual standards. What will you do? * Lead and supervise the store sales team. * Achieve and ensure attainment of business objectives. * Provide ongoing support and follow-up to the team. * Ensure store order, cleanliness, and proper product presentation. * Monitor stock levels, inventory, and merchandise replenishment. * Guarantee excellent customer service and experience. * Actively participate in commercial strategies and initiatives. * Represent THE BOX’s identity and culture in every customer interaction. What are we looking for? * Individuals with leadership skills, a positive attitude, and customer orientation. * Experience leading teams in retail. * Passion for sales and a results-driven approach. * Proactivity, organization, and problem-solving ability. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts. * Experience in retail or urban fashion. (Preferred) * Interest in sneakers, streetwear, and trends.
