Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bartender with expertise in mixology and spirits, focused on customer service and bar maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Beverage inventory management and bar maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** **\-** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in restaurants, bars, or hotels. \- Proficiency in mixology, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation and mixing techniques. \- Strong interpersonal skills, friendliness, and customer-oriented attitude. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **\-** Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and other bar products. \- Attend to and advise customers, delivering courteous service. \- Monitor beverage and supply inventory, maintaining records and tracking items using a stock ledger (kardex). \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the bar area. **WORK CONDITIONS** \- **OPENING HOURS**: 9:00 am\- 6:00 pm and 8:45 am \- 5:45 pm \- **CLOSING HOURS:** 2:00 am\- 11:00 pm Workplace: On-site employment
