Organization, decision-making, and problem-solving A prominent company in the sector is looking for a Central Archive Coordinator who meets the following requirements: Requirements: Technical or university degree in Administration, Archival Science, or related fields Minimum 2–3 years of experience in archives or document management Experience leading operational teams Organizational skills, decision-making ability, and capacity to work under pressure Strong results orientation and problem-solving capability Job Responsibilities: Design and manage the weekly shift schedule. Supervise adherence to working hours, rotating shifts, and responsibilities. Supervise and, if necessary, execute activities of the administrative and journalistic archive under a unified framework. Monitoring of indicators. Ensure documentation registration, classification, custody, and availability.
