Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Cleaning Supervisor to manage and supervise cleaning services, train staff, and control inventories, ensuring optimal operational performance. Km 40 inside Megacentro** **Requirements:** * Technical or university degrees in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel supervision. * Knowledge of office, club, hotel, shopping center, and warehouse cleaning. * Familiarity with activity planning and cleaning service control. * Active, communicative, and responsible individual. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure optimal operation of the entity's cleaning services. * Supervise cleaning areas before and after cleaning processes. * Train assigned staff on cleaning procedures, techniques, and proper use of equipment. * Maintain control and inventory of uniforms, cleaning products, and assigned supplies. * Prepare reports on actions taken by supervised staff for management review. * Perform any other duties necessary to fulfill the position's mission. * Report incidents to the Operations Department. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **(No work on Sundays or holidays)** * **Mobility bonus** * Full payroll enrollment with 100% benefits * Mobility bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 \- S/.2,100.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations. * In which district do you reside? * Please provide your current phone number.
