Job Mission
Propose and implement commercial projects aimed at developing new markets and channels, improving customer experience, and generating efficiencies in the commercial process—contributing to business profitability and sustainability. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of new commercial channel projects, ensuring successful implementation and growth of current channels.
Manage and execute agreements with financial institutions and commercial partners, building strategic alliances that strengthen the business’s competitive position.
Identify gaps in the customer journey and lead improvement projects, elevating the value proposition and customer experience.
Lead digital and commercial innovation initiatives, driving profitable and scalable operations across digital channels.
Comprehensively manage the retail business, developing omnichannel strategies and expanding into new markets.
Coordinate the innovation agent network (suppliers, customers, users, and internal teams), ensuring access to key resources for project development.
End-to-end management of the innovation process, promoting an innovative culture and leading projects for acquisition and enhancement of commercial capabilities.

Requirements
Education and Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of commercial management, innovation, and process improvement.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI. Experience
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience leading commercial projects, channel development, or retail business.
Desirable experience in commercial innovation, omnichannel projects, or new market development. Key Competencies
