MALI is currently seeking a professional intern in Continuous Improvement to join our team, contributing organization, initiative, analytical capacity, and eagerness to learn within a dynamic and cross-functional environment. Requirements: * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of and/or interest in project management, continuous improvement, process analysis, and management indicators. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, database handling). * Basic knowledge of project management tools and dashboards/management boards (Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau) is desirable. * Ability to track progress, organize information, and meet deadlines. * Proactive attitude, curiosity to identify improvements, and willingness to learn. Specific Responsibilities: * Support the design and execution of projects, timelines, agreements, pending items, and responsible parties. * Assist in process mapping, documentation of workflows, and identification of improvement opportunities. * Collect, organize, and analyze information for reports, indicators, dashboards, and presentations.
