REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of Creole, seafood, and meat dishes. * Minimum of 1 year of verified cooking experience. * Knowledge of sauce, cold dish, and hot dish preparation. * Availability to work Sunday through Thursday (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) / Friday and Saturday (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM). * Age: 25 years or older * Must reside in areas near Magdalena del Mar RESPONSIBILITIES: * Production and à la carte dish preparation. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Mise en place. * Ensuring kitchen process efficiency while adhering to good food handling practices.
