REQUIREMENTS - Technical or university degree in Industrial Chemistry, Graphic Production, Industrial Engineering, and/or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (in the flexography area). - Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and BRC. - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. - Ability to work in demanding environments, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan and supervise flexographic printing processes to ensure on-time delivery. - Supervise compliance with procedures in plate design and production processes across all flexo business units. - Ensure availability of resources such as materials, inks, and plates to meet production requirements. - Coordinate schedules and shifts for personnel under supervision.
