Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Technician to perform maintenance, conduct technical visits, and report incidents, representing the company with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset. We are a Peruvian **Facility Services** company, specializing in B2B solutions for the retail, financial, foodservice, and other sectors. We work with top-tier clients and require technicians who represent them professionally during every visit. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?** ✔ Perform maintenance tasks and general services according to your specialty and supervisor’s instructions ✔ Conduct technical visits and inspections to gather information and prepare service quotations ✔ Provide technical information and reference cost estimates to the Supervisor or Commercial Executive ✔ Adhere to established work schedules and timelines ✔ Submit signed customer acceptance reports, including photographic documentation before, during, and after service delivery ✔ Timely request materials, tools, or equipment required for each service ✔ Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) according to task type and risk level ✔ Report incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions occurring during service execution ✔ Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor toward customers, colleagues, and suppliers ✔ Participate in meetings, trainings, and other activities assigned by your supervisor **PROFILE WE SEEK** → Technical education in **Electrical Engineering, Masonry, Plumbing, Civil Construction**, or related fields → Minimum **1 year of field experience** in maintenance, general services, or technical fieldwork *(mandatory requirement)* → Proficient knowledge and correct use of hand and power tools relevant to your specialty → Ability to diagnose technical faults and propose effective solutions → Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards — PPE usage is mandatory → Punctual, organized individual with strong sense of responsibility → Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously → Strong communication skills with customers and team members → Consistent professional ethics at all times **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** \- Work location: **client stores and establishments** across Metropolitan Lima \- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm \| Saturdays, 9am–1pm \- Career development path within the organization \- Excellent working environment and continuous support from your supervisor \- Team-oriented culture and direct communication \- A growing company with active operations across multiple sectors **IMPORTANT:** This recruitment call is exclusively intended for technicians with verifiable field experience.
