Responsibilities: * Ensure the smooth operation of competency-based recruitment and selection processes. * Manage staffing requirements across various departments by coordinating with department managers and supervisors. * Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels to carry out recruitment and pre-selection; perform resume screening, initial interviews, and psychological assessments to evaluate candidate suitability against the required position profile, and present shortlisted candidates to the requesting department. * Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates: EMO scheduling, onboarding. * Identify and request training needs from departments. * Develop the annual training plan based on identified training needs. * Monitor the training activity budget. * Deliver and raise awareness among staff regarding organizational induction courses. * Track recruitment, selection, training, and development indicators. * Develop recruitment, selection, training, and development indicators. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum two (02) years of experience in similar roles involving recruitment, selection, and staff training. * Knowledge of competency-based evaluation. * Knowledge of Training Needs Assessment. * Knowledge of training regulations per Supreme Decree No. 024 and its amendment No. 023. * English (intermediate level) * MS Office (intermediate level). **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits.
