Job Summary: HIDROLED SAC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage comprehensive talent management and labor administration processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes 2. Administer employment contracts and labor documentation 3. Coordinate personnel onboarding for projects and operations At **HIDROLED SAC**, a company specialized in the operation and installation of water treatment plants and development of projects for the mining sector, we are currently seeking a **Human Resources Coordinator**. **Required Profile:** A professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields, with experience in comprehensive talent management and labor administration. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Administer employment contracts, addendums, files, and labor documentation. * Manage employee registration and deregistration with SUNAT, as well as contract renewals. * Manage attendance, vacations, and leave requests. * Coordinate documentation, EMO (Occupational Medical Examinations), inductions, and personnel onboarding for projects and operations. * Provide support in applying labor regulations and addressing employee inquiries. * Prepare departmental reports and indicators, and participate in harmonization and audit processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and personnel administration. * Proficiency in Excel and document management. * Experience in service-oriented companies, project-based firms, construction, or the mining sector is desirable. **Work Location:** Callao / Ventanilla **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:36 p.m. **Payroll Inclusion** Interested candidates may submit their CVs indicating in the subject line: **"HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR"** **Join HIDROLED SAC and become part of our team!** Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
