Key Responsibilities * Deliver practical driving lessons in accordance with the company's quality standards. * Guide and support the student throughout their entire learning process. * Teach safe, responsible, and preventive driving techniques. * Evaluate student progress and provide continuous feedback. * Promote respect for traffic regulations and road safety culture. * Adhere to the company's established customer service protocols. * Accurately record student attendance and progress. * Daily verify the proper condition of the assigned vehicle and report any incidents. * Actively participate in trainings, meetings, and continuous improvement programs. * Contribute to maintaining high levels of student satisfaction. Requirements * Valid driver's license. * Experience as a driving instructor or in related activities (preferred). * Excellent driving record. * Knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety. * Availability to work during the hours established by the company. * Preferably reside in Northern Lima.
