We are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of LOGISTICS MANAGER. **Key Responsibilities:** * Effectively manage the logistics department. * Coordinate logistics for critical materials (cement, steel, asphalt, aggregates) to various construction sites (roads, hospitals, aerodromes). * Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of heavy machinery and specialized equipment to construction fronts. * Supervise central and satellite warehouses for each project, ensuring strict inventory control and preventing losses or shortages. * Evaluate, negotiate, and develop partnerships with transportation providers, special freight services, and construction material suppliers. * Plan complex logistics routes for road or aerodrome projects in execution zones. * Monitor logistics costs per project, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget and optimizing delivery timelines. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Supply Chain or Construction Logistics specialization preferred). * Master's degree (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience as Logistics Manager or Coordinator exclusively in construction or infrastructure companies (proven experience in roads, hospitals, aerodromes). * On-site problem-solving ability, leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
