Resolve incidents with customers and staff **Poultry Restaurant Manager \| Full Time \| Polli Pollo** * Supervise the daily operation of the poultry restaurant. * Lead and organize kitchen, dining room, cashier, and delivery staff. * Monitor work schedules, attendance, and task compliance. * Supervise product quality and customer service. * Manage inventory, stock levels, shrinkage, and goods receipt. * Supervise cash handling, sales, and daily closing procedures. * Coordinate orders and supply replenishment with vendors. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Resolve incidents with customers and staff. * Report daily results and incidents to management, and perform other duties as required by the department. **Offered:** * Salary: S/2,500 * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system * Meals * Positive work environment **IMPORTANT:** Only candidates with prior experience in chicken restaurants or grill establishments (not other sectors) will be considered.
