Process Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage, analyze, and optimize processes—identifying improvement opportunities and risks—and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and optimizes processes for efficiency and productivity. 2. Promotes a process-oriented management culture and continuous improvement. 3. Participates in operational and compliance audits. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in process management, continuous improvement, or quality. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and process-based management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in Bizagi. * Familiarity with project management tools (Planner, Project, or similar). * Knowledge of process analysis and improvement. * Power BI, Power Automate, and experience in quality audits (preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and update procedures, policies, work instructions, and other management documents. * Update and maintain the organization’s process and procedure inventory. * Identify improvement opportunities and risks within organizational processes. * Analyze, design, and optimize processes to increase efficiency and productivity. * Develop risk matrices and process performance indicators. * Maintain the company’s process map up to date. * Promote a process-oriented management culture and continuous improvement. * Participate in operational and compliance audits. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Work modality: On-site. * Workplace: San Isidro. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Professional training and development.
