Opportunity for development and learning within a company with extensive experience. **Production Machine Operator** **WIN (Peru) S.A.C.**, a company with over 40 years of experience dedicated to the manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food products, is currently seeking a **Production Machine Operator** to join our team. **What will be your challenge?** Operate and control assigned machinery and equipment during production processes, ensuring compliance with established parameters, quality standards, and safety procedures. Main Responsibilities * Operate assigned machinery and equipment according to established procedures. * Perform basic preparation, configuration, and/or adjustment of machinery based on product and process requirements. * Verify proper equipment operation during production. * Conduct in-process checks and promptly report any deviations or incidents. * Supply necessary materials and consumables for machine operation. * Record parameters, checks, and results related to the production process. * Perform format changes, equipment adjustments, and cleaning as per established procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and equipment. * Comply with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. * Promptly report any malfunction or condition that may affect the process, equipment, or product quality. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, Machine Operator, Production Worker, or similar position. * Experience operating machinery in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, industrial, or related sectors is desirable. * Basic knowledge of machinery operation and control. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to perform operational and physically demanding tasks. * Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for development and learning within a company with extensive sector experience. * Join a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. **Work Location:** Chorrillos, Lima.
