Position Summary: Project Engineer with essential experience in real estate projects, to lead the technical area and ensure production and added value for the company. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the technical area and economic evaluation of real estate projects. 2. Comprehensive management of Urban Development projects and financial control. 3. Monitoring of activities before municipal, registry, and public entities. **PROJECT ENGINEER** A real estate company requires the services of a **PROJECT ENGINEER** with essential experience in real estate projects, to lead the technical area, ensure optimal production, efficiency at appropriate levels, and the company's added value. Lead the economic evaluation of projects. **Profile:** * Graduate Civil Engineer with a professional degree. A Master’s degree in Project Management or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 4 years of direct experience executing Urban Development projects (management, regulations, licenses, and permits). **Requirements:** * Technical knowledge of structures, electrical installations, construction procedures, and safety standards and protocols for reviewing incompatibilities and interferences among different specialties in urban development projects. * Expert knowledge of construction products and details, as well as relevant quality norms, regulations, and standards. * Knowledge of all aspects of the construction process. **Responsibilities:** * In charge of comprehensive management of Urban Development projects. * Monitoring of activities managed before municipal, registry, public, and private entities and third parties. * Responsible for the project’s economic and financial control through preparation and analysis of the project’s cash flow, Gantt chart, and valued schedules. * Responsible for construction supervision and progress tracking according to the established budget.
