Location: Iquitos Plant Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager REQUIREMENTS: * Completed university degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Production or Quality areas. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel. * Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000 standards; Quality Systems and Legal Regulations; Codex and FDA regulations; Food Sensory Analysis; and Production Processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety specifications in the packaging area. * Monitor and/or perform physicochemical and sensory evaluations of intermediate and finished products. * Conduct in-process and finished product inspections using SAP-QM. * Perform statistical process control using capability indicators (Cpk). * Manage and investigate quality/food safety deviations at the plant. * Perform luminosity (ATP) inspections and microbiological sampling of L&D on production lines. * Develop, revise, and update procedural documents for assigned processes. * Maintain the applicable IPER matrix for assigned processes. * Implement, maintain, and promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. * Carry out and support additional duties delegated by the direct supervisor.
