Job Summary: A quality professional responsible for inspecting and monitoring production lines, analyzing production programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and analysis of production lines to ensure quality. 2. Ensuring compliance with HACCP and DIGESA regulations. 3. Comprehensive supervision of quality control in food processing activities. * **REQUIREMENTS:** \*Biologist, microbiologist, Food Industry Engineer, Agro-industrial Engineer, or related field \*Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control \*Knowledge of Food Safety Management and Quality Systems, including practical experience in GMP, SSOP, Hygiene and Sanitation, and HACCP systems. \*Resident in the District of Puente Piedra or nearby districts \*Female candidates preferred (not mandatory) * **FUNCTIONS:** \*Inspect and monitor assigned production lines. \*Analyze the production program, reviewing its sequence, resolving process issues, and investigating internal and external complaints that may affect product quality. \*Review and monitor compliance with the HACCP manual. \*Ensure compliance with current DIGESA regulations. \*Prepare reports and documentation. \*Conduct sampling inspections upon receipt of raw materials from various suppliers. \*Supervise quality control across all food manufacturing processes, from raw material receipt through to customer service
