What will be your mission? Lead store operations to ensure an outstanding shopping experience, achievement of sales targets, and smooth team and visual merchandising performance. What will you do? * Lead and supervise the store sales team. * Achieve and ensure attainment of sales targets. * Provide continuous support and follow-up to the team. * Ensure store order, cleanliness, and proper product display. * Monitor stock levels, inventory, and merchandise replenishment. * Deliver excellent customer service and experience. * Actively participate in commercial strategies and initiatives. * Represent THE BOX’s identity and culture in every customer interaction. What are we looking for? * Individuals with leadership skills, a positive attitude, and customer orientation. * Experience leading teams in retail. * Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset. * Proactivity, organization, and problem-solving ability. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts. * Experience in retail or urban fashion. (Preferred) * Interest in sneakers, streetwear, and trends.
