We foster a culture of mutual trust and accountability. **Join Our Team!** ============================ We are currently recruiting a **Substation Assistant** to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common objectives. We operate as a single company across all locations, with shared responsibilities and a clear focus on accountability. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and verify, via Level 2 SCADA system, the operation of electrical equipment at substations (SS.EE.) operated and maintained by the company; perform reading and measurement operations; and record results in technical reports and end-of-shift reports. * Review the Daily Intervention Program (PDI) published by COES for electrical equipment at substations (SS.EE.) and transmission lines operated and maintained by the company. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations related to electrical hazards. * Identify and report incidents (emergencies) occurring in the electrical systems of substations (SS.EE.) and/or transmission lines operated and maintained by the company. * Coordinate in real time with the Atlantica Control Center. * Evaluate and restore electrical circuits operated by the company that have been disconnected following a disturbance, in coordination with the Atlantica Control Center. * Prepare and submit technical operation reports. * MA and GEI Responsibility – Executor Level: Ensure compliance with the organization’s environmental policy and procedures. * SST Responsibility – General Level: Understand and comply with the organization’s SST policy and standards. * Other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager. **Experience and Technical Skills** * Measurement of electrical variables in the SCADA system. * Monitoring of proper operation of yard equipment and auxiliary services at substations. * Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. * Continuous process improvement. * MS\-Office proficiency. * Ability to learn. * Accountability. * Communication. * Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Initiative. * Decision-making. * Creativity and innovation. * Valid driver's license. **Corporate Culture** ----------------------- We promote an organizational culture built on mutual trust, alignment of objectives, and shared responsibility.
