We invite you to join our team as a SECURITY OPERATOR C Requirements: \- Completed secondary education \- 1 year of experience in CCTV video surveillance Responsibilities: \- Monitor and track CCTV cameras at Claro's Corporate Headquarters. Coordinate access for technical staff attending equipment failures who must enter Claro's offices and service centers. Receive calls to verify names, photo IDs, SCTR documentation, and other required validations for personnel entering the premises. Prepare detailed security incident reports, including descriptions of events, individuals involved, actions taken, and outcomes achieved. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 24/7, 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (1 day off) Overtime (up to 4 hours daily) is compensated additionally. Benefits: Be part of the América Móvil Group.
