At QATA, we seek a highly organized and proactive **Construction Site Warehouse Keeper** to manage our construction site warehouse comprehensively. You will be the key person responsible for ensuring material flow, inventory accuracy, and proper project documentation. **What will you do in this role?** * **Monitor stock and inventory** of construction materials, tools, and equipment. * **Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch** of materials (incoming/outgoing). * **Handle documentation**, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and material release vouchers. * **Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness**, complying with safety standards. * **Manage construction material control** using **advanced Excel**. * **Prepare management reports** for the Logistics department. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Warehouse Keeper, preferably in the construction industry. * **Technical Skills:** * **Advanced Excel proficiency** for inventory control. * Proficiency in **Word** for report writing. * Knowledge of logistics documentation (Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders). * **Competencies:** Organization, proactivity, and accountability in asset control. **If you are an organized professional, apply now!** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
