Access management in AD, AWS, network, and application environments. **Join our team!** At Materia Gris, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **ACCESS CONTROL ANALYST.** **Mission:** Responsible for managing the complete user identity lifecycle—from onboarding and permission configuration in Active Directory, AWS, and our various systems, to technical support and ticket resolution in tools such as Jira. This role is critical to security, requiring implementation of the principle of least privilege and management of multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems to prevent credential theft and ransomware attacks. Additionally, the role includes periodic permission audits and management of network and VPN access to mitigate risks of interactive intrusion into the organization's infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of infrastructure: servers, networks, applications, databases, cloud (Azure/AWS). * Experience with ITSM tools: ServiceNow, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, JIRA Service Management. * Desired knowledge of Active Directory administration and associated services (DNS, DHCP, GPO), server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), networking and communications (LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V or others). * ITIL Foundation 4\ knowledge. * Office software proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced Excel). * Power BI knowledge. * Experience in automation via scripting (PowerShell, Bash or similar). * AWS access management knowledge (Desirable). * MFA management knowledge. * Availability to work on-site. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, configure, and maintain the Active Directory (AD) environment, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts and groups. * Ensure access policies and security policies are correctly implemented to guarantee appropriate access control across all enterprise systems and applications. * Continuously monitor inbound and outbound traffic to detect potential vulnerabilities and apply improvements to security policies for mitigation. * Manage access to enterprise applications by assigning roles and permissions to users based on their needs. * Administer permissions and access within Jira, configuring projects, dashboards, and user roles. * Ensure each team has appropriate access to required functionalities and that recommended security practices are maintained within the project management tool. * Actively participate in ERP installation, configuration, and administration. * Manage ERP access entry points. * Write and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure configuration and management. * Coordinate the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure—including data centers, cloud systems, and telecommunications. * Assist in configuring and managing infrastructure monitoring tools. * Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic technical reports on infrastructure and projects—including capacity analysis and scalability planning—to ensure effective service delivery and continuous system operation. * Prepare periodic reports on infrastructure status, security incidents, and maintenance activities. * Collaborate on configuration and maintenance of physical and virtual networks and servers. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor or manager, as well as those required by operational needs, within the scope of responsibilities and authority of the position.
