Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the administrative department, managing commercial and administrative processes as the right hand of their supervisor.

**PROFILE**
* Bachelor's degree in Administration.
* Good written and oral communication skills in Spanish (minimum basic English).
* Ability to propose new ideas (administrative and commercial innovation).
**DESCRIPTION**
The Administrative Assistant is the necessary support for the administrative department, helping to maintain documented order of commercial processes (sales and expenses) and internal administrative processes as the right hand of their supervisor.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Daily:**
* Coordination with the commercial team for order processing.
* Coordination with suppliers and customers for invoicing and payments (handling invoices, receipts, credit notes, accounting documents, consignment, cash payments, etc., in the SIIA system).
* Administrative support and assistance to B2B and B2C customers.
* Emailing invoices to customers at month-end or daily when Sharf sends an email.
* Daily BCP bank transaction details in EXCEL (inflows and outflows).
**Weekly:**
* Handling of documentation and administrative procedures.
* Control of accounts receivable and payable. Excel vs. client systems (in coordination with the accounting department).
* Picking and packing of orders for the showroom.
**Bi-weekly:**
* Payment scheduling (based on supplier invoice due dates).
* Execution of payments via telecredit and emailing payment confirmations to management and suppliers.
* Purchase of cleaning supplies and/or office supplies.
**Monthly:**
* Support in preparing financial reports and budgets.
* Reconciliation of the administrative petty cash fund and review of petty cash funds across departments (mobility and other types of supporting documents).
* Payment of municipal fees and/or property taxes for offices, maintenance, etc. (Office 401 – Miraflores, Chacarilla Building).
**Others:**
* Administrative procedures as required (Indecopi, Notaries, Banks, etc.).
* Preparation of contracts or formal documentation as required.
* Collection from tenants.
* NATE: Calculation of monthly sales team commissions.
Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month
