Ongoing training through agreements with SENATI for free courses. **Cleaning Operator – Food Plant** **Candela Perú** is a Peruvian company dedicated to the production and commercialization of organic ingredients sourced from the Amazon region, committed to quality, sustainability, and the development of producer communities. **Job Mission:** Ensure cleanliness and order in the company's facilities, guaranteeing appropriate hygiene conditions in both production and administrative areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean infrastructure and equipment in the production area. * Perform cleaning of internal and external areas of the plant. * Maintain cleanliness and order in administrative area facilities and equipment. * Comply with established cleaning procedures for food industry plants. * Support other activities as required by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * **Minimum: Completed secondary education or incomplete technical education.** * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in cleaning tasks, preferably in industrial plants or food industry companies. * Basic knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Desired knowledge of **Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)**. * Responsibility, orderliness, and commitment to workplace hygiene. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 6:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Uniform provided. * Ongoing training: We have agreements with SENATI, enabling participation in free training courses. * Opportunity to join a company committed to organic and sustainable products.
