Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Cook responsible for preparing, plating, and ensuring the quality of dishes while maintaining hygiene and order in the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Provided meals and productivity bonus. **Full-Time Cook** **Main Responsibilities** * **Preparation of dressings, sauces, and other operational supplies.** * **Mise en place for all menu items.** * **Preparation and plating of orders, adhering to established recipes and standards.** * **Production and processing of potatoes and other supplies.** * **Maintaining permanent order and cleanliness in the kitchen area.** * **Strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.** * **Submitting supply requisitions twice per week.** * **Filling out and updating the production and supply Kardex.** * **Verifying the quality, freshness, and condition of products prior to use.** * **Controlling portion sizes to prevent shrinkage and waste.** * **Proper storage and rotation of products using the FIFO system.** * **Assisting in receiving and verifying goods and supplies.** * **Ensuring the workstation remains fully stocked throughout the shift.** * **Promptly reporting any shortages or issues related to supplies and equipment.** * **Cleaning equipment, utensils, refrigeration chambers, and work surfaces at the end of each shift.** * **Meeting the company’s established preparation and delivery timeframes.** * **Supporting other kitchen areas as required by operations.** * **Performing any other job-related duties assigned by the Head Chef or management.** **Benefits** * Enrollment in the **MYPE Payroll System** from day one. * Provided meals (lunch or dinner, depending on assigned shift). * Productivity bonus starting from the sixth month, subject to achievement of objectives. * **15%** discount on the menu for employee consumption. * **EsSalud** health insurance. * Bi-weekly payments. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for growth and development within the company. * Continuous training.
