Professional development in a dynamic and operational work environment. **Job Posting Summary** **Job Description:** **POSITION:** WAREHOUSE MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL TECHNICIAN **RESPONSIBILITIES:** a. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company facilities, covering basic electrical tasks (installation and replacement of light bulbs, switches, and outlets), plumbing (repair and adjustment of pipes, minor tubing, and leak repairs), and locksmithing (repair or replacement of locks and latches). b. Monitor, record, and update incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and supplies in the warehouse using the Kardex card system. c. Monitor minimum stock levels in the warehouse, preparing and submitting timely requisition and replenishment requests when products are nearing depletion. d. Prepare periodic reports on warehouse movement, physical inventories, and the condition of materials under custody. e. Support internal logistics tasks, material transportation, and general operational assistance within company facilities. f. Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas and the warehouse. g. Perform other related duties assigned by the Administration Manager or immediate supervisor. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** **EDUCATION:** Technical graduate in Electricity, Plumbing, Maintenance Mechanics, Administration, Computing, or related fields. \-Basic office software skills (Word and Excel). **KNOWLEDGE:** · Warehouse management and control (Kardex system, inbound and outbound tracking). · Basic knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing, and locksmithing. · Fundamental inventory management and stock control. **EXPERIENCE:** 1–2 years of experience in multifunctional maintenance and/or warehouse control roles, preferably in service companies or the private sector. **COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity, practical problem-solving, organization and planning, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, responsibility, results orientation, and proficient use of manual/technical tools. **TEMPORARY COMPENSATION SUBJECT TO EXTENSION:** S/ 1,500\.00 \- 1,700\.00 **APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:** * Submit a documented CV (with evidence of experience and education) to: **rrhh@cmplima.org.pe** * Application deadline: until August 10, 2026\. **Work Location:** On-site employment Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
