On behalf of our client in the construction sector, we are seeking a Payroll Analyst.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
Specialization in Labor Law.
Knowledge of Google Workspace.
User-level proficiency in ERP S10.
Civil Construction Regulations.
General Regime Regulations.
Accounting concepts and journal entries.
Experience in managing civil construction payroll records.
Experience in managing general regime payroll records.
Experience in managing banking platforms and tax filing systems.
Two years of experience in similar roles within construction companies.
Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and record monthly personnel data (new hires, staff allocation, salary increases, medical leaves, deductions, subsidies, vacations, licenses, AFP contributions) for both blue-collar and white-collar workers into the payroll folder by the 20th of each month for corresponding calculations.
* Process and analyze payroll and social benefits calculations according to current regulations.
* Generate consolidated expense reports and related accounting journal entries.
* Execute payroll payments via BCP telecredit.
* Prepare all labor-related social benefit documentation and disseminate it accordingly.
* Manage AFP Net and PLAME tax payments.
* Prepare payroll cost and accounting reports to validate information flow and fulfill any reporting requirements from the accounting department.
* Address all payroll-related inquiries prior to inspections and audits.
Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.3,800.00 per hour
