Job Summary: Support clients with import procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and service efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise clients on import procedures and customs processes 2. Support reporting and shipment classification 3. Provide clear guidance on customs requirements and rejections DHL Express Peru's Customs Clearance Support Department is seeking a CCS Intern. **ROLE PURPOSE** Advise our customers on import procedures; ensure these are carried out in accordance with current customs regulatory procedures and within the shortest possible time, guaranteeing excellence in our service. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support reporting and data quality * Correctly identify the recipient's name and identification document for the waybill to be declared to customs. * Perform accurate categorization and/or classification of shipments to ensure prompt nationalization * Provide administrative support related to customs clearance functions. * Notify our customers comprehensively, clearly, and in simple language about the requirements necessary to process the nationalization of their shipments, as well as customs rejections. * Guide our customers through current import customs processes. * Other tasks assigned by your supervisor. **WHAT YOU BRING** * Recent graduate or bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate Power BI skills preferred. * Availability to work onsite.
