POSITION PURPOSE Design, lead, and execute high-end private travel experiences, ensuring seamless, impeccable, and personalized service, where every detail is anticipated and every moment is intentional. 2\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \- Receive and accompany the client as host \- Execute itineraries with precision \- Adapt experiences according to client profile \- Coordinate on-site operations \- Resolve contingencies \- Create memorable experiences \- Report client insights 3\. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE \- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field \- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tourism (ideally in luxury or private segment) \- Advanced English proficiency required \- In-depth knowledge of destinations: Cusco, Lima, Arequipa, Puno, Amazon Salary: S/.100\.00 \- S/.200\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40\.0 per week Work location: On-site employment
