Job Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Analyst to manage and coordinate the vehicle fleet, maintenance, documentation, and reporting for a telecommunications company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive vehicle fleet management and documentation. 2. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Preparation of vehicle-related reports and reports. A telecommunications sector company requires a Vehicle Analyst to fill this position. SALARY: S/1500 per month REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor vehicles via GPS. * Manage the purchase of SOAT (Compulsory Traffic Accident Insurance) and Vehicle Technical Inspection for all vehicles to ensure these documents remain continuously valid. * Generate and update tables for SOAT, Vehicle Technical Inspection, mileage, and fuel consumption. * Manage and verify vehicle maintenance, and prepare reports for each vehicle maintenance activity. * Maintain records of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Submit weekly reports on weekly mileage traveled and fuel consumed. * Prepare a weekly maintenance report. * Follow up on observations (discharge reports). * Maintain a database of maintenance centers. * Submit tire reports. * Weekly request for maintenance quotations, workshops, and spare parts. * Issue purchase orders and service orders as appropriate. * Generate statistical tables showing fuel consumption per vehicle. * Coordinate with insurance companies in case of accidents. * Coordinate payment of office services (Internet, mobile lines, water, electricity, etc.).
